We are very excited to announce that as of July 1st, 2021 we are rebranding from Zapala Corp to Zapala Company and completing the merger of our businesses.
We started Zapala to create amazing solutions to the transport and logistics industries, from technology to people management. The last decade was a massive learning and growth curve that enabled us to escalate our business to a global level and to get involved with new, exciting opportunities.
Zapala has always strived to work hard, be transparent, and communicate clearly. We pride ourselves in thinking fast and executing even faster. These values are the core of who we are and will never change.
New decade, new us
For the next leg of our journey, we are embracing the new directions to where our values and beliefs have taken us.
We started working within different industries and we’ve reorganised a few things internally, so a rebranding sounded like the right thing to do.
What has changed?
The companies and solutions that were already part of Zapala Corp remain part of Zapala Company.
Zapala People is still your go-to provider for temporary, qualified staff. We are now serving the Education industry and providing training on top of everything else we were already offering.
LIDE Australia remains focused on bringing together executives, business owners and entrepreneurs to stimulate economic and social development across Australia and a network of more than 15 countries.
Zapala Go is being merged into Shipeezi, a next generation software focused on seamless integration with other solutions to increase visibility and traceability. One-stop-shop for Shippers, Freight Managers and Carriers.
Educafy remains as our offering of high education for international students.
The biggest change is in our name…and in the newest members of Zapala Company!
Zapala Company is pleased to announce Maple Bear Australia as the newest member of the family. Maple Bear offers a Canadian education program utilising a methodology and curriculum developed by our own experts from the ground up for childcare, primary and high schools. There are currently over 500 Maple Bear centres around the world and almost 40,000 students.
Lastly, Studio7 is our offering for all things video and digital, supporting our own companies and clients in Australia and around the world.
We’re positive that this change will only help us achieve bigger milestones. To conclude, we’d like to say that these amazing changes and new opportunities wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our clients, partners and hard working employees. We would like to express gratitude to all of you for trusting us and helping us improve our businesses since the beginning.
Here’s to the next decade and many more!
